What convinced you to go through the LASIK/LASEK surgery? And what reasons and why did you choose Dream Eye Clinic?
I was always thinking about having the procedure done, but I was a little scared.
I have been wearing contacts since I was 15 and I know that they make my eyes dry and irritable. I was tired of having to take care of them and so I finally decided that I should have the surgery. Dream Eye Clinic was recommended to us by two different colleagues.
We were impressed when we came in that it seemed to be the premiere eye clinic in Seoul. The testing process seemed very through, and we learned many things that we had not previously known about our eyes and the surgery.
Tell us about what has changed since you had your LASIK / LASEK surgery.
What are the major changes comparing your life before and after the surgery?
feel less tied down to my eyes at this point. I don't have to always bring my contacts and the solution and the cases and everything with me. When I go on long airline flights I don't have to worry about having to take out my contacts on the plane and then put them back in before we land so that I can see. It is nice to be able to wake up and see. I don't have to squint to see the clock. I hardly even notice anymore that I can see without my contacts-that is the nicest thing-I just don't have to think about it! Perfect vision with no complications!
Were there any inconveniences during the recovery process? And tell us about how satisfied you are with your newly improved vision. ? There was more pain in the few days following the surgery than I had imagined, we had one really bad day, but it progressively got better. The pain was worth it, but people should definitely know that it will be pretty painful for a day or two after the surgery. I am very happy that I had the surgery. It has changed my life in little ways, that I don't really notice, but I love being about to see, and not having to worry about my contacts. My eyes are less irritated on a daily basis and they feel great!!!
What were the most valuable and memorable experiences at Dream Eye Clinic?
The staff is very friendly, and the clinic is very clean and well maintained.

Finally, what else do you want to tell us (our medical staffs, doctors, and nurses)? (Anything is OK including some of your wishes, advice, or concerns that may help us improve ourselves, our service.) ?
One point that I would like to make about foreign customers. When we come in for a check up and you ask us to sit down, we expect that we will be seen by a doctor soon. Please let us know if there will be an extended wait. We came in early on a Saturday because we had other appointments to go to and we were asked to sit, but they didn't tell us that the doctor wouldn't be in for 1 hour. We would have come back later, if we had known, but no one told us so we just got frustrated sitting there.
One other thing that we cannot understand is why the clinic is always so bright! It is very pretty, but the lights make it so bright and for people who have recently had the LASEK procedure, the lights can be very irritating. Maybe you could make part of the waiting area a bit darker to ease your customer's waiting period?
