What convinced you to go through the Lasik/Lasek surgery? And what made you to choose Dream Eye Clinic?
I decided to get LASIK because I had heard many people talking about having good experiences and an improvement in their vision based on it. I chose Dream Eye Clinic because I knew someone that went who had had a positive experience. I chose to get it done in Korea as the prices were competitive and it was convenient.
Tell us about what has changed since you had your Lasik / Lasek surgery. What are the major changes comparing your life before and after the surgery?
I have found that my hand eye co-ordination has improved due to my eyes working in sync more than they were before. I have also noticed that the number of headaches I get has reduced as my eyes are less independent.
Were there any inconveniences during the recovery process? And tell us about how satisfied you are with your newly improved vision.
My recovery process was quite fast so there have been no major inconveniences. Having to use the eye drops all the time gets annoying and I sometimes forget but other than that and the days immediately after LASIK I have been completely happy.
What were the most valuable and rememberable experiences at Dream Eye Clinic?
I feel that all the staff at Dream Eye Clinic and my lead optician were very professional and caring. They all spent a lot of time explaining every step of the process and answering any questions I had. I also felt happy to be given my lead opticians mobile phone number knowing that I had the chance to call him if ever I should have any issues.
Finally, what else do you want to tell us (our medical staffs, doctors, and nurses)? (Anything is OK including some of your wishes that may inform us to improve ourselves.)
I have already suggested to a couple of friends that they consider getting LASIK done and they are considering it. They have all been impressed with the level of care, treatment and support that I have received. Thank you for all your help.
