I am extremely impressed with the exceptional customer service, thoroughness, accuracy, and meticulousness of Dream Eye Center.
They are organized, clean, efficient, and careful.
I had LASIK on Oct 4 and the consultation, procedure, and post op went as seamless as ever.
Waiting times were very short.
Within 1 hour of leaving the eye center, I felt as thought my eyes had never been worked on.
I was expecting to feel nervous, but I was pleasantly surprised when I felt at ease during the process because of how comfortable and confident I felt with Dream Eye.
They even gave me a stuffed animal to hug.
They drew my blood and used the serum to make eye drops. This nourishes the eye ball and is not something that is done in the usa. (I also had a consult in the usa).
I am beyond pleased with the procedure and I'm glad I didn't listen to all my uptight, unknowledgeable friends in the usa who warned me against doing lasik in Korea.
Now they all want to have the procedure in Korea too!
