After my initial consultation, I spent the months leading up to my September surgery researching and debating if I would go through with the surgery. The entire process from consultation to surgery to after-care have been excellent - the staff always makes me feel welcome and not rushed. My consultants, Mr. Choo and Susan Park, explained every test and step of the consultation process, and during the procedure, Dr. Lee explained every step as he did it. Although they tell you going in that you can see immediately after the procedure, I was still surprised at my clarity of vision immediately following it and couldn't help but keep opening my eyes during the post-surgery rest time. My eyes started feeling irritated quite soon after leaving the clinic, and the pain in my left eye kept me up most of the first night. The first couple nights were the most unpleasant, but it became gradually more bearable each day. Each day of teaching, my long-distance vision improved to the point where I could see my students' faces more clearly. Then one day about two weeks after, I looked to the back of my classroom and did a double take after realizing I could see the numbers on the clock face clearly! That was when it all became a reality for me, and I have not regretted this decision one bit! My experience at Dream Eye Gangnam was beyond my highest expectations and I would recommend them to everyone!
