I had my surgery back in June, and its been one of the best decisions I’ve made while been in Korea. Doing as much research as I could and having a friend’s recommendation for the clinic in Gangnam, I was very pleased with the choice. Living a life without contacts and glasses is amazinggggggg!
The facilities are state of the art and the staff are friendly and helpful. A lot of the staff can speak in English, which is very good for foreign patients as they answered all of my questions and put me at ease in regards to having surgery.
The surgery didn’t take long at all, and as said in the consultation the first 3-4 days after the surgery are the worse but your eyes do get better as time progresses! They have an excellent follow-up care program and make sure that your eyes come first, so if you have any concerns they are more than happy to help you with them, they just don’t throw you away like a dirty dish rag.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the service at Ganagnam eye clinic and have no complaints. If you’re feeling hesitant about getting eye surgery, don’t. For me personally the cliché rings true, I can see clearly nowwwwww ^^. You won’t have any regrets.
