I decided to have LASEK because my vision was very bad before, and because contacts and glasses can be expensive. The surgery costs the same for me as two years of contacts and glasses. It was worth it. I picked Dream Eye Center because one of my friends had come here and he liked it.
I keep forgetting that I am not wearing contacts, and that I do not have to remove them. I can wake up at night and see the clock without having to reach over and pick it up. I can read bus numbers from very far away.
The third day, my pain was very bad. But it passed quickly. I also have dry eyes sometimes. I am 100% satisfied with my new vision.
I liked Mr.Choo who completely explained everything before it happened. I liked that my doctor spoke English. I liked that someone held my hand during surgery, and that people said "Congratulations",after I reall liked that Mr.Choo remembered my name.
