I recently finished my LASEK surgery at Dream Eye Center (Gangnam). I have been wanting to do Laser Eye Surgery ever since first heard of it. I have always hated glasses, finding them a bit too bulky and uncomfortable. In my teen years I moved onto contacts. These were also a pain, esp when anything ever got in my eyes. I just wanted my eyes to be normal again. After reading numerous reviews written by other people I decided I would try it for myself. I went on the website and asked to have my consultation done. I got a fast response back from Susan and we set up a date. When I came in the staff was very friendly. There was also no problem with the communication. Even when I was getting my eye tests done, they were able to explain to me what each machine was checking. It was so thorough, they found out I had a slight astigmatism in my one eye! I felt confident to go on with the procedure.
When I was in the surgery room the Doctor (Lee Dong Seong) explained each step and talked me through it. This made me feel calm and safe. It was really fast (about 15 minutes) and painless. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to go to Dream Eye Center in Gangnam. Their staff is nice and friendly and they can tell you everything that is going on in English!!! ^-^
