I decided to have my surgery at Dream Eye Clinic because as busy as they are, each patient feels like they are the ONLY patient. The staff are pleasant and helpful at all times and their premises are more like a relaxing coffee shop than a clinic. They are very organised (and will remind you about appointments by text/email) and very efficient in their paperwork and record keeping.
Choo Young Jin, the head technician guided me through my tests and gave me all the information I needed regarding the surgery. Even the most nervous patient would be at ease with him. Dr Lee, who has many patients, is never rushed when seeing you and takes the time to explain the details of the surgery and recovery to you. Both gentlemen speak English well though professing not to.
Both Choo Young Jin and Dr Lee were very frank about what the shortfalls of my eyesight were and explained all the potential risks and benefits of the surgery. They also provide some reading regarding the surgery and recovery, in English for patients to go through. I had my surgery in the evening and it was a relatively painless affair. The staff prep you for the surgery and afterwards, they make you rest for at least 20 minutes after the surgery. It was not problem coming back for a checkup the next day and a few days later to take of the protective lens. I have been back for quite a few checkups and have always experienced the best service from all the staff at Dream Eye. It's been 2 months since my surgery and my eyesight is perfect and I can't thank Dream Eye Clinic enough for their excellent work!
