I came to Korea as an English teacher without any thought of getting lasik done... until 3 teachers I had met at orientation got it done (at different times) at Dream Eye. I had been wearing contacts for 10 years, and had very bad vision (-7.00). I was worried that my results wouldn't be as good as the other teachers, who had lower prescript ions than I. At my first consultation at Dream Eye, I was surprised to learn of how advanced their technology was with up-to-date laser machines, how professional every staff member was, how comforting and friendly the doctor was, and most of all the excellent customer service that everyone showed me. Unlike the usual Korean style of being very quick and almost impersonal during a doctor's visit, everything at Dream Eye was done with the utmost patience and care. From the pre-surgery examinations, to the surgery day itself, and even in all of my post-surgery checkups, I've felt the same highest level of service each time. The staff here truly care for their patients and it shows. I also appreciated the extra efforts that Dream Eye has done to cater to English speaking foreigners, by hiring English speaking staff who are qualified and knowledgable about the surgeries and eye care. I would reccommend anyone to visit Dream Eye in a heartbeat, and they can make the decision for themself the same way I did, and end up with results that are better than expected and hoped for. I now have the most clear vision that I never could get with glasses nor contacts due to my bad astigmatism, and to me this result really does feel like a miracle.
